kelp still alive?

Howdy,

Is the Kelp project still alive?  I am using Netbeans 3.4 with Enhydra 5,
but the Kelp support only goes to netbeans 3.3.2, and crashes when
creating a new project.  Does the JBuilder v 7 version fare any better?

If Kelp is dead, are there any sources of information on how to run an
enhydra super-servlet app under the NetBeans debugger?  I can attach to
it as an external process, but the step-through functionality would be
nice.
