Update kSOAP 2

Hi,

I would like start using kSoap 2 for my new project. I previously used 
kSoap 1.x.
On the web site (http://kobjects.org/ksoap2/) the version available dates 
from 2002-11-20
whereas some new commits have been done since then. A updated version of 
kXML 2
has also been recently released.

Stephan, could u please update the page with a new version or explain how 
to connect
to the CVS and get all the latest sources ?
