Problem with Nokia 7650

Hi,

I am developing a midlet that uses .NET web service. I use kSoap2 for the
soap protocol.
The midlet works fine with the nokia emulator, but when running it in a
Nokia 7650 I receive an java.io.Exception with the message status=-20019.

Does any body has this problem?
If yes, how did you solve it?
Does any body knows the meaning of this error code (I have search on the
site http://www.symbian.com/developer/techlib/papers/errores/Erresapi.html
without success)?
