IOException when accessing .NET service using ksoap

hi timoty,
I have developed an application using ksoap for motorola i85s =
device, but due to lack of device here in india, I have used nokia 7650 =
device to test ksoap communication, but failed. =20
It is throwing IOException from call method of HttpTransport class.
I will be very glad if u help me on this regard. I am using .NET =
web services.
Expecting an helping hand.
