SOAPAction header gone.

I have written a midlet wich works fine on my emulator.
When im using this midlet on my Nokia 3410, and monitoring
the request, then i finde the SOAPAction header is missing, 
and my server is generating error becouse of that.
What has happend to that header?? 
Is this a firmware problem or what?
