zayit.exe Problem with J2ME

Dear Friends,

I am working on a J2ME Midlet application with WTK2.1 and Sun Java Mobility=
=20
Studio. I have a Midlet server that listens for UDP requests and send=20
responses accordingly. For this I have implemented threads so that it can=
=20
handle multiple requests. When ever I run my application, the first request=
=20
gets the proper response in a correct way that it should. But as soon as I=
=20
run the client second time, the "zayit.exe" crashes. I am always asked to=
=20
send/dont send the report to Microsoft and my emulator also gets crashed.

Can any one highlight what actually this zayit.exe is and what can be the=
=20
reason for this problem. Any help will be appreciated.
