The kUDDI effort is not being actively pursued any more due to apparent
lack of interest in the user community. It is known to have at least
one bug and more rigorous testing would probably uncover more, so making
a "shrink-wrapped" release was considered to be misreprentative of its
applicability in real-world applications. You can still use the source
code to generate the jar, it builds fine.

Another issue is that SOAP is getting a standardized API on J2ME. When
that effort is complete uddi4j will probably be adapted to work with
that, although that's a worthwhile question to pose to uddi4j product
managers.
