Character set support in WbxmlParser/Serializer

Hello Stefan,

I would like the WbxmlParser/Serializer to support multiple character sets. 
Right now, after looking at the code, it seems that the character set for 
the generated wbxml will always be "ISO-8859-1".

Have you tried to (or are you planning to) support other character sets, 
like UTF-16 for instance? If not, can you give me some pointers as to where 
I should start?
