no problem.

well, it was kXML 1.x, if you are referring to that.

and yes, you are right, namespace handling in WBXML is still somewhat
unclear in kXML.

I've read again XML specs, and they basically tell that namespaces are
experimental, at least in version 1.0, did I get that right?.

well, the Oystrich Algorithm. I have no problem with that, but one guy
from Spain (Manuel Villalta Villalta) has one - we will see...

what are your plans for fixing this issue?

yup, if Frank really wants to reimplement what I've done already, he
will go through the same as I did - and I don't want anyone to suffer
like this. No, seriously, I think that Frank could concentrate on
developing a good theoretical & semi-practical (relating to kXML)
solution - and we then both discuss about splitting up the job (if the
job seems doable) for actually implementing it.

And in the meantime, maybe I could get developer access to the kXML cvs
repository (my nickname on SF is 'nikee' (id 378142))... :)

I think that I profit so much (privately and at work) from open source
software that this is a really small & unimportant return...
