A problem about character encoding.

Hello=A1Kmay I use the character encoding : Big5 on ksoap???
I tried to get the message response that is =A1=A7Big5=A1=A8 word from a =
Web=20
Service to a emulator,
But all I can see are words I cant understand, does ksoap support Big5=20
word?or I can do something to let my word correctly appear?
