kxml license clarifications

Hi,

because of several problems with license compatibilities, I changed the
kXML license from LGPL to BSD (which is less restrictive).

However, of course I should have asked contributers first if
a license change was OK. So if this license change is a problem
for anyone who has contributed to kXML, please let me know.

It would also help me if people who have contributed to kXML
and do agree with the license change could send me a positive
acknowledgement.
