Limit Agents - Process and Activities

Hi,

  In a Process Poperties Dialog in JaWE, in Process Reader, there are 
three fields named Waiting Time, Working Time and Duration. In what 
situation these values are evaluated?
We have a need to control time for the activities, and not for the 
process. Also, the duration unit may be diferent from one activity to 
another. We know that this problem will become a customization in our 
Shark client, and the time will be controled by us. We only want to know 
if the properties (Waiting Time, Working Time and Duration) are used.
