Axis error

I am running the Axis service for shark 1.1 and if I access any of the wsdl
pages other than version and admin I get the following error.

I have followed the link http://www.oasis-open.org/asap/0.9/asap.xsd
<http://www.oasis-open.org/asap/0.9/asap.xsd>  and this shows that the
resource cannot be found? Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.
