Hi Frans, I think maybe you need too get clearer in your mind what Shark 
can do and what you want Shark to do because saying you want shark to "put 
every form in shark" and have shark "integrate with your MVC" is very 
vague. Have you read the Shark documentation at 
http://shark.objectweb.org/doc/1.1/index.html? Have you studied the FAQ? 
Have you looked at the example xpdls which ship with Shark? Have you tried 
the QuickStart example? Have you tested the swing admin client 
application? Have you browsed the mail archives? There are some very 
useful notes especially for newbies. Finally, and perhaps most important, 
have you at least browsed the Wfmc specs? Unless you do most if not all 
the above, I think you may not be able to see what Shark can do for you.

I just want to make Shark can be integrate with my MVC,

so every a form will be put in shark and all the user in my MVC must be 
integrate with Shark.
