accessing shark from .NET through SOAP

hi,

i installed shark 1.1 with wf-xml service configuration. when i try to
add a web reference in visual studio i get an error:

<faultcode xmlns:ns1="http://xml.apache.org/axis/">ns1:Server.NoService</faultcode>
<faultstring>The AXIS engine could not find a target service to invoke!
targetService is null</faultstring>

the shark server itself runs fine, so my basic installation seem to be
correct.
