Shark with sybase

Hi

Can anyone shed some light why when I specify sybase as datasource for 
shark it reports a lot of missing files as shown below? This happens 
when I run configure.sh.

 [delete] Deleting directory 
/home/aaron/shark/Shark1.1/repository/internal/history
   [delete] Deleting directory 
/home/aaron/shark/Shark1.1/repository/internal
    [mkdir] Created dir: /home/aaron/shark/Shark1.1/db/hsql
    [mkdir] Created dir: 
/home/aaron/shark/Shark1.1/repository/internal/history
     [java] Default (Standard) Logger is load.


     [java] Application is started.

     [java] Loader loads XML file : conf/sql/sybase/LoaderJob.olj

     [java] Document not found: 
file:/home/aaron/shark/Shark1.1/conf/sql/sybase/sql/DropIntegrity-instancepersistence.sql

     [java] Document not found: 
file:/home/aaron/shark/Shark1.1/conf/sql/sybase/sql/DropIntegrity-instancepersistence.sql
     [java] java.io.FileNotFoundException: 
/home/aaron/shark/Shark1.1/conf/sql/sybase/sql/DropIntegrity-instancepersistence.sql 
(No such file or directory)

     [java] java.io.FileNotFoundException: 
/home/aaron/shark/Shark1.1/conf/sql/sybase/sql/DropIntegrity-applicationmappersistence.sql 
(No such file or directory)
     [java] Document not found: 
file:/home/aaron/shark/Shark1.1/conf/sql/sybase/sql/DropIntegrity-applicationmappersistence.sql

Where are these files?
