Configuraing shark without resetting database

Hello, Is it possible to run the configure.sh script in shark binary distribution without resetting the database? (for example when you want to change the java home/repository locations) thanks -- David Delbecq Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium - Is there life after /sbin/halt -p?
