The solution was sugested by João Nelas. "If you want to wait for the user after the email is sent, just add an activity after this one, and set that to manual." Instead of one activity that sends the e-mail and waits for the executer to complete, there are two activities, one to send the e-mail, completely automatic, and another for the user go, inform wherever he needs and complete. For me this solution is perfect.
