Spritual: Mapping Filter

Hi All, need a help.

I stack in seting the Shark

i have a flow, we can said it 2 processes, based on role, one is 
purchasing staff/buyer (role A), the other is purchasing manager (Role B).

i want every time i create a process, the role A (buyer) activated, and 
if the role A, approve it, the role B (manager) will receive 
notification by email or anything. and role B worklist handler will 
show, and the role B user can approve it.

anyone can help? how to do this?
