Or you put your jars into a directory (which must not be in the 
classpath), specify it in the ToolAgentPluginDir configuration parameter 
and use the ToolAgentLoader class. This gives you the advantage of not 
having to restart the server if you changed your tool agent 
implementation but may reduce the performance of your system due to 
repeated class loading activities.
