First, the supernurse will get an activity *only* if the first survey (completed by the nurse) resulted in an "At-Risk patient". Otherwise this is a patioent who is "all better" so the supernurse does not need to be involved. So how did you answer the first survey? With "bad" answers or "good" answers? (Read the wellnessDemo.doc to see what the process is.) If this is an "At risk" patient, then the supernurse should see it in his/her queue. So did you give the supernurse the correct role of "HealthRiskEvaluator" (I think that is the right name for the role..)...? You do this via the admin interface. (and actually in "real life" it is the admin who will be creating the processes... the nurse and supernurse are just supposed to sit around waiting for their worklists to be filled up..:) Frans Thamura <[email protected]> 08/09/2005 01:43 PM Please respond to [email protected] To [email protected] cc Subject {Spam?} [shark] StruttinShark Question No. 2 I got problem again.. this is my step, after i create a nurse, and supernurse nurse will create a wellness process... after i complete the activity, the worklist gone. i login become supernurse, the worklist handler for supernurse is none. so where is it?
