SharkAdmin Bugs on Creating user more than 1

I find that when we try to make 2 user using SharkAdmin (the non Corba version), the first user saved, but cannot be shown when i try to refresh it, but when i close and run it again and if i create first user, the second user cannot be save, and the error said that user exist anyone got this before? Frans
