mmmhhh, have you changed anything to your DB-Settings(for example chosen
to select another DB-Driver)?

What version of shark are U running?

looks like you are trying to execute the hsql-db loaderjob.
hslibs should be on classpath...but somehow can't be found?

what's in your #shark-root-dir#/config.properties:
