Clearing Shark 1.1-2 database

Ok, I'm back to square one.  I've been using Oracle as the database for
Shark.  I want to clear the whole thing.

According to the documentation, I should just run the recreateDB in the
bin folder.  Unfortunately, this gets me the following output errors.
I've checked the configure.properties in the shark directory and it
indicates the db_loader_job=oracle.

Looking at the recreateDB script, it simply has "call configure.bat
_recreateDB"

If I type that in, I get the same error as listed below for the script.

C:\Shark-1.1\bin>recreateDB
Invalid options
Parameters value for using with configure.bat :
configure       - Make build.properties file with default values
configure -help - Display this screen
configure [-jdkhome jdk_home_dir] [-instdir installdir] -writes proper
parameters to the build.properties file
Examples :
configure -jdkhome c:/j2sdk1.4.1 -instdir C:/Shark-1.0

If I run the configure.bat, I get the following output which does
nothing to run the Octopus job against the database:

Total time: 1 second
