Hi, I assume it is not up to the file size, but up to the available memory. Hence, you probably got OutOfMemory exception in JaWE when dealing with such big XPDLs, and thus you are not able to save XPDL or to do anything else in JaWE properly after this error occured. Try to edit JaWE's run script, and increase the heap memory size, let say to 512M, and than try to save your process - it should work.
