Sorry i misunderstood you Nelson... Actually I don't quite follow what you mean when you say "upload is done in a folder" whereas you are "using database implementation". Using database implementation for what? Actually the code I gave you works in situations like this: xpdl files are uploaded *from* a repository folder (configured in Shark.conf) up to a database (also configured in Shark.conf). Is this not your situation too?.. Anyways, I am not at all sure about this whole DODS thing, so maybe I don't at all understand what you are trying to do, so I should shut up about that..:) In any case,I took a look at RepositoryPersistenceManger.java and I do see your problem. There isn't a getRepositoryPersistenceManager() method in Shark. So you cannot do something like Shark.getInstance.getRepositoryPersistenceManager(). Plus the getInstance() method in SharkEngineManager isn't visible from outside the org.enhydra.shark package.. so you are outta luck either way, right? Seems like the shark people defintely wanted to keep this class internal.. Sorry I can't be of help.
