Execute Thread with JavaClassToolAgent

Hi; I am interrested with shark and I am trying running it with Lotus Notes Applications. I found some problems like executing NotesThread (which herites from java.lang.Thread) with JavaClassToolAgent, when the toolagent call the java class which herites from "lotus.domino.NotesThread" an exception appeares. So, first, is this execution possible and if yes how can I do it ? thanks a lot
