Barracuda's functionality into the lower-level XMLC codebase with the goa=

providing this to all XMLC users, not just Barracuda users, as well as=20
relieving Barracuda of mundane document loading details in order to=20
concentrate more on higher level DOM abstraction, which is Barracuda's ra=
