NeckoHTML parser, alternative to JTidy?

I just saw a post where someone mentioned the NeckoHTML parser.  Seems like 
it might be a nice, actively developed, alternative to JTidy.

This is all based on the Xerces2 XNI framework.  See also...

Thoughts?  Might this be a good replacement for JTidy in future XMLC releases?
