Windows Batch file for XMLc-2.1

Has anyone written a Bat file for XMLC-2.1? I have the one forXMLC2.0.1
and I thought I could tweak it and get it to work but no luck..
Any ideas what the differences are? I am getting the dreadful
NoClassDefFound error.
