 A little research shows that If I'm sending it down as 
"application/xhtml+xml", the SHOULD include the XML stylesheet processing 
instruction (http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-media-types/).  I don't have such in 
mine, because I "want no XML styles applied".  To me, it's just a "very well 
formed" HTML document.  Could this be the problem?

That having been said, I'm using Mozilla 1.3a.  It has "Render Mode: 
compliance mode, Type:application/xhtml+xml, and Endcoding:UTF-8".

When accessed on IE 6+, it warns the user about installing things, and then 
asks "Open or Save".


Attached you will find a .zip with Bug.html (the original template), and 
Bug-viewSource.html which is copy and pasted from the Mozilla View Source 
window.
