You need an issue tracker for Zeus!

I found the bug repoted in januari 9, 2002. Then I found it reported again in october 29, 2002. Then I read some and found my way to TODO.txt and it isn't there. You really need an issue tracker. If TODO.txt is currently it, then it shouldn't be read-only for non developers. it should be open to all and moderated by developers.
