I have generated some classes from a set of DTDs using Zeus. These
classes seem to be working fine from a normal application and I am
parsing XML files using the root element's unmarshall method. The
DTDs are in the working directory of the application.

Now, I am trying to do the same thing to parse XML coming in an HTTP
POST request. I practically copied and pasted the same code into a
servlet and deployed it on a Tomcat v4.0.6

However I am getting the following exception:
java.io.IOException: Error parsing XML document: Stopping after fatal
error: File "TEST.DTD" not found.

I have tried putting the DTDs in various places (html root, webinf,
lib, classes, tomcat bin...!) but the SAXParser doesnt find them.

Where do I have to put them for the DTDs to be locatable? Is there
some property I can set so that I can specify a DTD repository of
some sort?

Thanks.
