Maven Migration / EOB 2.0 (start) / Destiny update

Folks,

I'd like to do three things :

1) Start EOB 2.0.  Some refactors, no rewites. Shift of codebase to be 
more Picocentric

2) Mavenize the whole App. That means multiple projects. It also means a 
higher barroer to entry for development (no change for use).

3) I'd also like to change the info page to be " We hope that we will 
migrate to Apache or CodeHaus as a project one day." instead of " We 
hope that we will arrive back at Apache as a project one day."

Thoughts?
