I submit Apache XBean 4.30 release to your vote.

This release mainly includes (other issue description is available on 
the release note:

* Bug

     [XBEAN-354] - constructor selection using named parameters doesn't 
work on builtin classes

* Improvement

     [XBEAN-352] - Upgrade ASM to 9.9.1
     [XBEAN-353] - Honor Option.CASE_INSENSITIVE_PROPERTIES when looking 
for constructors
