Advanced notice: The next release of The Grinder will require Java 5 or later

Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE) v 1.4.2 reach the end of its
service life on October 30, 2008.

With the next release of The Grinder 3 [*], I am planning to change the
minimum Java version for running The Grinder to J2SE 5.0 ("Java 5"), and
remove  support for running The Grinder on J2SE 1.4.

[*] - This release is likely to be called "The Grinder 3.2". The release
