The Ground Report: Version 1.1 released

Epic Fail....testing?!...whats that?

for some reason I released a broken version of 1.0 & 0.4. The
centralised config stuff released was totally b0rked for windows
users.

patched version 1.1 now released for Grinder 3.1 data file types.

patch will be regressed to Grinder 3.0 data file type branch when I have time.
