The Grinder 3.0 Beta 19 is withdrawn

Unfortunately The Grinder 3.0 Beta 19 contains a serious
bug in the HTTP plugin. The fix is straightforward and
Beta 20 should be released by the weekend.

I've withdrawn 3.0 Beta 19.
