The Grinder 3.0 Beta 29 source is updated

I've updated source distribution for The Grinder 3.0 Beta 29 to
include the J2SE5 specific files. I've also fixed the build script so
The Grinder can be compiled with a J2SE5 compiler.

Thanks to John Stanford White for reporting these problems.
