Summary: Fail gracefully if the agent jar file can't be found

Initial Comment:
If the agent fails to locate the grinder-agent.jar file, it doesn't add it to the worker process command line - v. reasonable.

However, the worker process then fails because it is statically compiled against classes from the agent jar. This is broken.
