Summary: Grinder 2.8.6 appends a new line to post file contents

Initial Comment:
Grinder 2.8.6 appends a new line character to the end
of file which contains post information for a test. 
This appears to happen only under windows.  

The error is in HttpPlugin in CallData function.  I'm
attaching the patched source file with the submission.
 Essentially, using BufferedReader to wrap the
FileReader will fix this problem since BufferedReader
removes the EOF character of the end of the input.
