Summary: Cookie.parse fails in parsing "httponly"(lower case).

Initial Comment:
HttpOnly should be parsed as case-insensitive.
But, Cookie.parse parses it as case-sensitive.

I wrote patch for fixing this problem.

Ah yes, I'm familiar with this bug, I modified Drupal to not set the
HttpOnly part of the cookie to get round the issue, but if it's a case
sensitivity problem then I'd love to see it fixed upstream!
