Summary: Persist 'sample interval' slider setting

Initial Comment:
It would be very helpful if the console would remember where the 'sample interval' slider was previously placed by the user, so that when the console UI is started again, the slider is still in the last place the user put it.

Alternately, an 'initial sample interval' setting in grinder.properties would help.

This is already supported. Set the slider appropriate, open the options
dialog, and select "save defaults".
