Summary: Support logging to Hadoop/Cassandra

Initial Comment:
As scale tests get larger, the agent log files grow larger. Support for existing Big Data solutions would be awesome -- It would be great if The Grinder had the option of writing log data directly to Hadoop or Cassandra while a scale run is in progress. This would save the (sometimes tedious) step of ingesting them manually after a scale run is complete.

Message:
I don't want to build in support for a specific scale out solution.

Maybe its time to make the logging pluggable? The existing logging
framework is lightweight, and due to too much paranoia about performance.
Perhaps I should replace it with java.util.Logging. (This seems good
enough, I'd rather not package another 3rd party library, e.g. slf4j).

What do you think?

@Philip I can support on this... I'm gonna work with Hadoop too from next
month ;-)
