Summary: helloworld.py doesn't work with DCR instrumentation

Initial Comment:
helloworld.py doesn't work with DCR instrumentation

This is due to the restriction on instrumenting classes below net.grinder.*. This restriction could be relaxed. Or we could provide new helloworld samples.

The exception message could also be more explicit.

Thanks to Jeff Vincent for raising this issue.
