Summary: minor log format changes to support Grinder Analyzer

Initial Comment:
Request: when grinder.logProcessStreams is set to false, information required by Grinder Analyzer is not present. Including some information which is present in the full log would fix the problem:

 * Include the grinder version.
 * Include the "final statistics for this process" message.

Thanks!

Message:
In moving to Logback (see #3418525) I've removed the
grinder.logProcessStreams property. If you want to filter the process
streams, configure logback.

Thus this FR is no longer valid.
