Alex worked around it by adding 

set_cookie = set_cookie.replaceAll("(?i);\\s*HttpOnly",";");

to the other workarounds. I think

set_cookie = set_cookie.replaceAll("(?i);\\s*HttpOnly;",";");

is better and will avoid messing up valid cookies.
