Summary: JSF 2.0 ajax post with partial render not work

Initial Comment:
All JSF 2.0 ajax request have a new http header called "faces-request". Without this header the post does not work properly.
In attachment the simplest solution: add the header processing in http pllugin.

Grinder version: 3.7
Java version: 1.6.0_26-b03
