A handful of the unit tests are failing for me - is this expected or is my env broken?

Are the unit tests currently passing for other people on the master branch
of the git repository? If I do a checkout it doesn't seem to get past the
build

I'm getting a few failures and the build hangs entirely on the
TestAgentImplementation testRun method seems to run forever (I let it run
for about 10 minutes before killing it)

I'm trying to rule out if it's a local environment thing for me or if some
of the tests are known not to pass currently.
