Summary: leading dots in cookies misinterpreted

Initial Comment:
My understanding of cookies is that a leading dot means the cookie goes to a domain and its subdomains.  (One reference: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3865345/sub-domain-cookies-sent-in-a-parent-domain-request)  

But grinder is using these cookies *only* for subdomains.  So if I set .foo.com, it will only use the cookie for bar.foo.com, not foo.com.

I have attached a patch which seems to fix the issue for me.
